The Fleming Ranch Rally Thursday April 7th through Sunday April 10th. If you need to cancel please reply directly to this email or call Shirley at 325-247-9454. PLEASE ARRIVE DURING DAYLIGHT or you will have to wait until the next day to park. When you arrive at the ranch please call Windy at 830-992-0648 or Shirley at 325-247-9454 so he can guide you to your site. If you do not have cell phone service when you arrive look for someone who will guide you in. If you have special needs and must have 30A electric please call Shirley Fleming 325-247-9454as soon as possible so she can makesure your needs are met. Our registered attendance has exceeded our electrical hookups. Some folks will need to plug into another Airstream's 20A outside outlet and will not be able to use Air Conditioning or Microwaves. We currently have 28 registrations with 22 30A electrical hookups. There is no fair way to prioritize who will be plugging into another's trailer and have 20A service. We have some folks Boondocking but this still leaves us with a few folks who will need to plug into another's trailer. I'm sure with the great spirit of our club and friendliness we can work it out. Please be open to the experience and realize that Windy and Shirley haveworked very hard to have electric available and to have us as their guests on the ranch. We are very excited to have a group of folks boondocking in an amazing setting near the creek. This site is 15ft above creek level to be safe in the event of rain.If you can boondock or would like to, please call Windy it will help us to plan where folks will go. =============Warning! If it rains hard enough you may be delayed a day in departure while the creek subsides to a safe level for crossing. AT&T is the only cell phone service that works in the area. =========================Instructions Bring a Flashlight and Come with Full Water Tank and Empty Gray and Black Tanks. Discharging of gray water is okay. Two dumps on property are available for emptying black tanks. Water is available. Must take all trash out with you - No trash service at the Ranch or the County. If you have a 20A to 30A adapter setup please bring it. Bring your kayaks and fishing polls. ========================== DIRECTIONS From Highway 16 turn onto County Road 409 and travel for 4.7 miles. Our first gate is 4.2 miles in and there is a 2 wagon wheel side gate by the cattle guard with a Farm Bureau / Fleming Ranch sign. The first left after the gate you come to goes to the west side of the ranch, the Pond/ Guest House/ Boondocking/Runway. The Boondocking area is a 1.6 mile drive over to the house/barn on the driveway....... At 4.7 miles in from 16 you come to the (second) driveway gate. I'll have it marked. It's a left turn and 1/2 mile down to the house. Don't worry, there's plenty of turn arounds/back arounds all the way to the end of the driveway. AT&T is full service with 4G in the area.
